1. Applicants are requested to submit the applications to the respective SPIOs on the basis of the nature of information sought for, in order to facilitate timely response.

2. Application must be accompanied by a fee of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) exactly as per Section 1 of sub rule 1 of rule 3(a) in the form of :

(i) A Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) exactly

(ii) An Indian Postal Order (IPO) of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only)

(iii) A non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only)

(iv) A Demand Draft or Bankers cheque of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only)

3. Application should be submitted clearly mentioning the subject matter for which the information is sought for and the application should be complete in all respect.
