Department description and function:- Water supply section of engineering Dept. At central office looks after the entire distribution system of HMC areas including bally office( Ward – 1 to 66) to reach purified water from HWWPP (Padmapukur Plant) to every road, lane, passage  and bye lane part by part and also look after all primary grid, secondary grid, pipe line  o various  road and lane, house connection sanction for domestic  consumer for Bally area (ward 51 to 66) also look after and maintenance of deep Tube wells.
